2. Eligibility

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse.

3. Product Condition & Descriptions

We sell parts in two primary categories:

  • New Parts: These may be OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or high-quality aftermarket parts, clearly labeled and sold with manufacturer documentation where applicable.

  • Used Parts: These are pre-owned components that have been tested, cleaned, and visually inspected. Used parts may show signs of wear and are sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated.

While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and specifications, we do not guarantee compatibility or fit unless we have explicitly confirmed such compatibility in writing based on equipment information provided by the buyer.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

All prices listed on our website or quoted by our sales team are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • Sales tax will be applied to all orders where applicable based on local and federal tax laws.

  • Full payment is required before parts are shipped unless prior written credit arrangements have been made.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, and approved business payment methods.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel orders resulting from such errors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping to customers throughout Illinois and across the continental United States. We use reputable carriers and freight companies to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Shipping Terms:

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and disclosed at checkout or during order confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy but are not guaranteed.

  • Harvey Heavy Duty Spares is not liable for shipping delays due to weather, carrier disruptions, or other uncontrollable factors.

We encourage customers to inspect packages immediately upon delivery and report any shipping damage within 48 hours.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return Policy:

  • You can request a return within 14–30 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

  • Returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • No refunds will be issued until the item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–7 business days of approval.

7. Limited Warranty Disclaimer

We stand behind the quality of our products, but it is important to understand the scope of our warranty policy:

  • New Parts: Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms, duration, and conditions vary and are typically included with the part.

  • Used Parts: Sold “as-is” unless specifically sold with a written limited warranty. Used parts may be eligible for a short-term operational guarantee (e.g., 7–14 days) at our discretion, provided they were installed correctly and not tampered with.

We do not cover:

  • Improper installation or misuse

  • Damage caused by external forces

  • Labor costs for installation or removal

  • Loss of income or equipment downtime

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harvey Heavy Duty Spares shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Equipment downtime or loss of business

  • Loss of data or profits

  • Installation errors

  • Injury or property damage caused by improper installation or faulty machinery

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific item in dispute.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, branding, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Harvey Heavy Duty Spares and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
